We had our first ultrasound today. Right off the bat, I saw the flicker of the heartbeat. Such a relief to see that! The FHR (fetal heart rate) was about 150 BPM (beats per minute). As it turns out the baby is measuring a little smaller than expected. So my due date was changed from May 31st to June 8th. We are not concerned because I only had 1 period after giving birth to Braeden so I was unable to determine if my cycle was regular yet (guess not!). So despite backtracking a little in regards to my due date, today was a wonderful day! Yay!!
